Don’t bother with all the negative comments. Everyone only has time to post a bad review, never a good one. The entire world is short staffed so there is a wait and it’s a service being done, not Amazon instant delivery! Wait time was fairly quick. Kim was very patient and helpful. She went above and beyond for my daughter’s first haircut. Our haircuts also came out great!
